"The company was quick and professional from start to finish. I was able to schedule an appointment within two days and they came at the start of my short two-hour window for service. Guillebaldo immediately set to work on cleaning my heating and AC units and was kind and courteous. Additionally the woman fielding phone calls and making appointments was wonderful. Highly recommend."

"Pilsen Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace and AC unit in our attic and they were professional, timely, and respectful. I work from home and they did not bother me or make too much noise. To boot, we had an issue with our furnace in the basement and they came out to look at it and give us their best advice. Sergio is top-notch, friendly, and professional."

"I needed my water heater's venting brought up to code. Because the heater did not vent into the chimney, pipe had to be run on the exterior of my house to three feet above the roof line. I had to get this done, but I was concerned about the esthetics of all that pipe on the exterior of the house. Sergio and his crew not only did a excellent job of installing the pipe, they considered the esthetics too. They neatly ran the pipe along the drainage downspout to make it less conspicuous. The pipe is strongly secured and hardly noticeable. I am impressed. I did not voice my concern to Sergio before they began to work, but I didn't have to. He and his crew are professionals."

"Ac stopped working at my apt. I called Sergio and was advised that unit needed replacing. I thought it was good price, but called a couple other companies just to see. The other guys took about 5 days to show up. Some asking for a deposit just to make an appointment. Their rates were significantly higher than Pilsen's rates. I don't even have to bother getting a second opinion anymore. Just call Sergio and let them take care of business. He's not looking to take you for all you got. Other companies seem like they are. I'm sticking with Pilsen heating and cooling for all hvac needs."
